MO3 License?

Hi, Ian.
Currently I am trying your MO3 format and satisfy with the result.
My questions are: What is licensed of your MO3 format under? If I use the unofficial open source unmo3 library, do I still need to pay license to you if I use MO3 commercially, such as in video game maker?

The MO3 format doesn't have any licensing requirements, only the libraries do. So if you're implementing your own MO3 encoder or decoder (eg. you're not using BASS or the official UNMO3 library), that will be fine without any licence.
