The SF2 format unfortunately doesn't define support for Bank Select LSB, so any implementation of it would have to be non-standard and may prevent the soundfonts working in some software. What you can do now is create a separate SF2 file for each bank LSB that you want to have, and then use them with BASSMIDI via the BASS_MIDI_FONTEX "dbanklsb" value.
