BASS_SW_VIDEO is system for use in Windows Multimedia Software. It's purpose is to provide developers with a set of powerful yet easy to use video file (dat,mpg, mpeg, avi , mov , mpv ...)  . VC/VC++, Visual Basic, Delphi APIs are provided . Otherwise , it's also supports MIDI file (*.mid , *.rmi, *midi)

BASS_SW_VIDEO requires DirectX 8 or above ... This is some maintains :

 *) File Supports :
    Video files : MPG, DAT, MPEG, MPV, MOV, AVI,Windows Video files ...
    MIDI files  : MID, MIDI, RMI,...
 *) DirectX effects :
    Chorus / compressor / distortion / echo / flanger / gargle / equalizer (80 - 16000 Hz) / reverb, ...
 *) Custom DPS
    Apply any effects that you want
 *) Capture Video
 *) Graphic effects:
    Brightness, Gama, Hue, Constrast, Color (color or not), ...
 *) Sound effects :
    Volume , Blance, Tempo, ...

It's just finished but still has got some errors . So i'll post it on forum in next month.
