I hope the next version have url stream function

Sorry, I'm a newbie here. I'm trying to make an equalizer and I stuck in BASS_FXSetParameters method. It thrown an ArgumentException : "Value does not fall within the expected range". I've imported BASS_FXSetParmeters(int handle, Object param). Is there something wrong?

Sorry, I'm a newbie here. I want to know how to get the file's type to use the correct plugin. I tried BASS_ChannelGetInfo with BASS_StreamCreateFile, but the result is BASS_CTYPE_UNKNOWN. Is there anybody can help me?
