What does XMPlay display? Does it display the title using the incorrect code page, or the symbols not available in the font? Note that CDDB can contain ASCII, ISO or UTF-8 information, so this may vary between entries.

Instead, read the letter of some kind of "abracadabra". The letters look as though is not the font encoding. Unfortunately the picture of the screen, I can not show because the song titles have ceased to be loaded from the Internet. Look.
How to make the names of the songs were downloaded again?

I delete files from a playlist and added again. Useless! I still do not wrote the album title. Do not read information from the Internet. Previously read. When read, the Russian alphabet characters are displayed incorrectly. Can anyone still have this problem?

What is the "DISCID" shown in the Message info window?

Regarding refreshing the CDDB info, try disabling the "Cache results" option in the CD plugin's options.

1. Where to find "Message info window"?
2. Enable and disable the option "Cache results", to no avail.

1. Where to find "Message info window"?
In the playlist window (the one on the right in the screenshot), click the third button from the left in the top row, then click 'Message' to go to the message tab. Read more on the Support Site.

OK, does this info look correct? (you may have to manually set the browser to use UTF-8 encoding)

1. In the "Unicode UTF-8" characters not displayed correctly.
2. In the "Cyrillic (Windows)" characters are displayed correctly!

In that case, it looks like the entry was submitted with an invalid encoding; only ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8 are supposed to be used in the FreeDB database. I guess it may have been submitted before UTF-8 support was added in FreeDB. You could try switching to the MusicBrainz server (in the CD plugin config), and see what results (if any) that gives.

Btw, the FreeDB support seems to have been broken in the last update (rev.10a). The CD plugin version number was removed from the request sent to the server, but the freedb.org server apparently doesn't like that (the MusicBrainz server is OK with it though). The version number is back in the request now...

Yes, with freedb.org read without problems, but not the correct letters, as before. A server freedb.musicbrainz.org not read.

No need to triple post, registered users can edit their posts...

As Ian said, the information in FreeDB was submitted with a non-standard codepage. You should correct the FreeDB entry to make it work properly (FreeDB FAQ: Can I submit corrected information?).

A server freedb.musicbrainz.org not read. Just look.
Apparently MusicBrainz doesn't have that CD in the database. They do have an other album by Igor' Krutoj, just not this one.

Note on the triple post, was adopted.
Thank you for some help, but the problem remained. Can I adjust the font in the library xmp-cd.dll?

Font? The font is in the skin, not in the plugin. If you think the font is the problem, try some other skins. If you want to change the codepage from Latin to Cyrillic, that's not possible within the plugin. What language is your Windows set to?

I use the Russian language, selected Cyrillic windows (1251) code page. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows-1251
I propose to adjust the font code page in the library xmp-cd.dll.
In XMPlay works, I expect, the Western European code page (1252) iso-8859-1. If you implement switching from 1252 to 1251 code page in Russian words (to make the option in the settings xmp-cd.dll) it will appear correctly. Or make the switch code page in playlist.
I can test if the team Un4seen will take to do it.
