In my mind, showing a "spectrum display" that doesn't display the actual real-time spectrum is a distraction and a waste of screen pixels.
Why Jimmy you silly buns Smiley the new version of XMPlay DOES have a real-time spectrum display.

Is there a skin that uses this new spectrum display?

I'm getting off subject here, but it seems that, if you add songs to the queue, there's also a new unplayed track marker. Not sure what's going on there.

Just converted to XMPlay and already found out that the Lithe skin is quite perfect. So thanks for that one Keltic Danor. The only thing that I'd wish for is to be able to adjust the width of the skin. It's no biggie but would be lovely.

It's a limitation of the user interface, the main panel(s) have fixed size. Although if you just want them to be a little bigger or smaller, you can download the skin sources and edit them to your liking.

I'm afraid OS skinning is far beyond me. Lips Sealed

Feel free to make one based on it though. Smiley

P.s. this skin and sources will be being release in the next few days along with... uh something else.

I'm afraid I've run out of steam on this one, its more or less complete but the output options window is incomplete. The zip below includes the PSD's and other resources, if anyone wants to do a bit of spit 'n polish and release it by all means. Grin

first of all... i love this skin! i have 1 question. under the time there is total time of the track. how can i move it to the left because, if the time is greater then 10 minutes i can't see the last number.

You can change that by editing the mask_main.bmp, the part you want to change is the brown mask top right like in the image below.

Remember to move the pixels up top as well. The total time display by itself isn't a normal skinning feature in XMPlay, so it was put in using a trick to hide the other elements. Unfortunately it means that making it wider for 10+ minute times will push it out of alignment when its less than 10 minutes or will cut off again if more than 60.

It'll probably added as a real skinning feature at some point there's no perfect solution for it right now, if you want you could just remove the brown mask entirely and save yourself the hassle. Tongue
