well, I'm basically asking (please) for 2 things to be implemented:

1. tooltip bubbles: indipendent color for the border (so I can set the border, the color, the text color, each one one different color). right now border color = text color. Shouldn't bloat anything.

2. tooltip bubbles: is it possible to have rectangular bubbles? if not, is it possible to implemente it?

all these request are for wa modern skin, to customize it a bit

wait, when you were a kid you didn't play with bubbles?
what about triangular bubble-maker? oh well, guess I've see things in my dreams then... XD

Here's an update that adds an optional "color_helpframe" setting for the bubble border colour...
