I really want to because I want to change the music in a game called hamsterball, so it there a way to edit the music within the file.

It isn't possible to edit a MO3 file directly, but what you could do is convert it back to its original format using the UNMO3 tool (included in the MO3 package) and then edit that with "tracker" software...

For that particular game, get the original .IT files from the author's music page, http://www.futurecrew.com/skaven/ ... an unMO3'd file will obviously have some distortion compared to the original, because it was through a lossy compression format...

It sounds like you need to learn about tracking, in general, then. This really isn't the best forum for that.
