Playstation 2 music

Ahoy! I was thinking of extracting music from a Playstation 2 game, except I have no idea how to begin exactly. The game in question is called Time Crisis 3. When I tossed the disc inside my computer, and did some exploring, I believe the music is inside this file: FGI.BIN (1.57GB), and it makes me wonder how to even peek inside such a file.
Any suggestions?
