a few songs i have are named {artist} - %26, {artist} - %27 etc that show as " & " and " ' " in XMPlay, but the songs are actually named with a %## on purpose. it's a nice feature to decode filenames for downloaded files, but if a filename doesn't need to be decoded it kind of ruins the title.

Does the file have tags as well, or do you only use the filename in the playlist?
