Noticed that I switch between several (exactly 4) playlists. I suppose special Favorites buttons would be good to quickly switch between them on XMP front panel. 6 buttons would be enough. Just assign favorite playlist (more often containing link to on-line radio) - and one click switches to this playlist. Just quickly loads it and starts play. Better if it will continue play form last position of this playlist or from beginning if playlist was not opened before.

Where should I write this suggestion?

You could post it in the suggestions for 3.7 thread.

I'd rather have tabs for the playlist window: if there is only one playlist then no tabs are displayed. Once a second playlist is made each playlist gets a thin tab at the top of the playlist area. The tab is named after the playlist. ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab switches tabs like in a browser. Other browser type commands could also be used: middle click to close a tab, click to select it, doubleclick tab area background to create a new tab.

Such a tabbed playlist window could replace the buttons you wish for if the ctrl+tab command then worked also in the main window. You'd then ctrl+tab until you get playlist number 3 and press whatever hotkey you have for play.

Tabs are good for playlist window. And they obviously do not change playing track immediately. But I want favorites buttons for main window. And want they start playing right after click.

Right clicking on the save playlist button can serve as a multi playlists system(sort of). Saving a list for the first time will add its name to the quick load menu.
