Direct CDA to OGG ?

Is it possible, with BASS.DLL, to perform a direct conversion from a cd-audio file to OGG file without first converting the cda file to wav?
(something like the cda/wma conversion done in the vb ripper sample)

BASS.DLL is NOT an encoder of any kind
* There's an Add-on BASSWMA for encoding to .wma format

* You could do it by yourself if using any external .dll for encoding into .ogg format
