I just read about that: http://www.bass.radio42.com/help/html/cedc95b4-c66d-f846-fc24-8c987e53c421.htm
So my question is what means avg and how can i calculate it manually. (I want to understand what I am using here).
I already found out what rms means and how it can be calculated: http://www.un4seen.com/forum/?topic=3600.msg23844#msg23844
So what about avg

AVG is the 'average' level value (in contrast to the peak level value).
You need to set the 'CalcRMS' property to true in order to get it calculated.
It is simply the avarage level calculated between two time intervals, which is defined by the 'UpdateTime' property.
