Hi at all,
when i load a plugin, for example wma, it need wma codec on my system ?
Or is it ok without codec wma ?

  Yes it need. But all most recent versions of Windows OS have build in installation this package.

BASSWMA will load (eg. BASS_PluginLoad will succeed) without the WMA codec being installed, but you won't be able to actually play WMA files without the codec installed.

No, I'm afraid it won't be possible to decode WMA files at all without the WMA codec installed. BASS_WMA_StreamCreateFile will produce a BASS_ERROR_WMA error in that case.

Instead, when i get a stream Mp3, i don't need codec installed. Is it true ?

The standard BASS.DLL version includes a built-in MP3 decoder, so you don't need a separate MP3 codec installed with that. If you use the "mp3-free" BASS.DLL version, then you will need to have an MP3 codec installed to be able to decode/play MP3 files. Windows has come with an MP3 codec pre-installed since Windows Me, and it also comes with the Windows Media codecs, eg. it's installed with Windows Media Player.
