Hi

Is there a plugin or an option to export the information from the library window to a text or csv file instead of just the .pls or .m3u file format?

No, there is not.

You can write your own parser, see Illustrated Manual - Library file format.

Yes, there is.

It's a PHP script that converts your .library files into XML (and possibly CSV with some work on the source code).
