I must change the bank parameter in any hundreds Sf2 files
With Vienna I can only change it sample by sample

Oh, so you want to be able to modify the soundfont file, not only adjust the parameters during playback? I think that is unlikely to be possible with BASSMIDI any time soon, but perhaps there other soundfont tools besides Vienna that can help you do what you want. For example, there is also a Viena (single 'n') soundfont editor that you could try.
