Hey

Simple question: Can I record a special programm? I only want to record the sound of the selected programm. All other programms shouldn't record...
Sorry for my terrible English - I'm from Germany.

I think the only way to do that is via a virtual soundcard driver, ie. you would set the program to output on the virtual soundcard and your app (or driver) would capture the sound from that and do what you want with it.

Okay thanks. Can I write that in VB.NET? I do not have so much experiance in writing virtual driver...

I'm not sure if it is possible to create a driver with .Net, but I would guess probably not. Perhaps you could use one of the existing virtual soundcards instead? Googling "virtual sound card" will throw up a few options to have a look at.
