Problem with the new update

After the Update it was not possible to switch between the Option Menus - seems to be a bug

Its no bug, its a big debate, some people wanted the panels removed, and some dont. Now you have the "Options and Stuff" window available through the right click menu. This "Options and Stuff" window contain everything that was in the removed panels.

You should click APPLY before switching between panels.
