Programming interface to XMPlay

How can pass files to player? Is there any SDK like for WinAmp (i.e. SendMessage (?,?,?,?)).

At least, I'd like to know:
1) How can I run the only instance of XMPlay;
2) How can I enqueue files instead of play?
