Hello,

I'm new and I've read the API documentation os BASS in search for a function that provides information about the applications/processes that are using a sound device, but didn't find anything. Is that possible with this library? The main objective is build an application that can control the volume individually for each application using that device.

It sounds like you want to implement something like Windows' "Volume Mixer" control? I'm afraid that sort of thing isn't possible with BASS. I haven't looked into it myself, so I'm not sure, but it may be possible via the WASAPI functions, eg. the session stuff.
