Yes. Use a tracker that's capable of importing .XM and saving .IT and hope you don't lose much in translation.

Impulse Tracker, Schism Tracker and Open ModPlug Tracker should be able to do it, for example.

And among the mentioned trackers, OpenMPT probably does the most faithful conversion, e.g. by fixing envelopes and stuff like that. You can never expect a 100% correct conversion, though - if that was possible, we wouldn't need two different formats. Why do you want to convert XM to IT anyway? BASS, XMPlay and MO3 can handle both formats just fine.
