Yes, you can. Load the file in XMPlay, go to Options and stuff > Output, select 'WAV-writer' as Device, click Apply and play the file. You will be asked where to save the wav-file.

Thanks for this resource - HooTech  , I was searching converter program for  MO3 Files to WAV , but if it possible to convert MO3 to WAV , then I will convert MO3 to WAV , then WAV to mp3 .
