Hello again while i'm at it is there a way to implement a Id3 editor in XMPlay or a separate program that can edit ID3 tags?

And i know that i can use winamp plugins in XMPlay.
But anyway i don't wan't to use the in_mp3.dll i wan't to use XMPlay decoder for playing music.

Yes you can edit mp3 and ogg tags in XMPlay via two plugins (for each). For more info look here:

The in_mp3 plugin is only used for editing tags, it is not used for playback, the BASS engine overides this.
