New skin needs a name!

Okay, it's quite finished now.. All I need now is a good name for it.. :)

I thought "Jacekin" (as it says on the support site) was quite good :D

Btw, reckon you should save the screenies in PNG format (not GIF), so we can see it in full glory :)

And 'Jacekin' (just a working name) is completely awful.. ;)

And all the missing glory on the gif is on the visualization =)

Well, the skin appears grainy to me.  "Grainy" or "Sandy" fit.   :laugh:

To my eyes, that's intended rather than giffy?

Anyhow, I guess our 2048x... resolution people will like it :P

Yes, the graininess is intended, I don't think anyone has questioned that..
And yes, it's designed for a bit larger resolutions ;D

I wonder where I heard "Metallica", then...

Graphite is good. I thought the graniness was due to it being a dithered GIF - PNG is better but unfortuantly is a bit large for some things.

This looks really good :). Btw, what kind of music is Sonic Mayhem? You seem to have lots of it.. is it good?

That list has some songs from the Quake 2/3 soundtrack.. if you've heard it, you should have a fair idea ;D

If not, it's "a unique blend of underground beats, electronica, rock mixed with the ambient side of orchestras" (as it says on their homepage ;))
I recommend! ;D

When XMPlay 2.7 comes out.. It uses few lil' thinglets not supported in 2.6.. ::)
Plus, I should need to manage to arse myself to send the skin to Ian, too.. I just have to tell myself I won't change anything in it anymore ;D

I'd call it acidsheep. Because it looks like someone's etching a very pictographic sheep into the metal with acid in the misc window. :)
