For heavens sake....please save all settings in .ini-files in the Xmplay-directory and do not use the registry for it.

Why? Because it's much easier to edit them this way on your own with an editor and you can 'uninstall' xmplay clean by just deleting the directory. Another reason is, that the settings are not beeing stored here on 'my' computer (i am running XMplay on a computer in university)

I'd suggest using %DocumentRoot%/*.ini for a location, that is, \Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\xmplay.ini under NT, or \WINDOWS\Profiles\Username\My Documents\xmplay.ini under profiled Win9x, or \My Documents\xmplay.ini under one-user Win9x :]
