The mp3pro format is supported via the winamp input plugin which is available from the support site.

Its not natively supported in XMPlay because of the exorbitant cost ($90,000 or something for the license and $1.50 per person to use ) so its not going to happen, definitely not in any free player thats for sure

I'm not sure if thats the exact cost, but the point is, if it cost anything to put in then its automatically out. Well... I think thats how it works
