I think scinconfig.txt needs more options

I think it needs more options like for  example this.

I think it would be great to be able to use skins that dont have the file names that XMPlay knows by loading their names by INI and then loading the images (if set) and if it isnt set it will try to load the skin with image names that it knows internally.
If this gets implemented any skins I make would have a naming system on the images like for example "image_###".
