I'm sorry, did I miss something? Does a poll about smilies break some forum rule? Does it offend anybody? Sorry if I did. I'd like to request an unlocking of the poll, if that's okay...

Actually, no, but when you create a poll by clicking on the Poll button, the last like is |Lock|, and that is what locks it.  I wonder, if you go back and edit it, will it unlock it?

And the second, I don't know why no one can see the red nebula-looking picture.  I guess I'm just special.    And it's prolly your hosting server, but I'm not sure.

As Oleg says, when you press the poll button, it inserts "LOCK" at the end of the message. That doesn't mean people can't vote, it just means that they can't post replies in the poll thread. If you remove the "LOCK" from the message, then reply messages can be posted too.
