Hi Ian and others.
First off, I love XMPlay. I hear some ppl moaning about the interface, but it's much better than it used to be. I guess there'd be more than one scene graphician willing to skin this puppy if you ever implement that as a feature or ask though.

I just have 2 things to moan about myself... One is that some modules (old protracker .mod's in particular) are sometimes composed so that the sample being used is only stated 1 time (the 1st of a series of notes), and then all the subsequent notes aren't stated to use that same sample, because it's a given. These notes don't seem to be played correctly, atleast some of the time. I'm guessing this is because the user has used the Dxy command to quiet the previous note or inserted a volume 0, knowing that the next note would use the default volume (64 for example) and then that is inherited by all the subsequent notes. When I play these modules in Impulse Tracker, they seem to play these notes correctly.
The other is that when I try to use a codec for wavewriting(Lame ACM, I can't remember which version, it's installed and selectable though), it'll just create a .wav file. I think it actually says that the .mp3 cannot be created and then it defaults to .wav, but it's all happening so fast... I guess this won't be a problem with the new version though, so all in all it's a non-issue.
Again, XMPlay gets mad props. =)
