That WAV file contains DTS encoded data, but it has a normal PCM WAV header, so BASS treats it as a normal PCM WAV file.

Ok. So, it is not playable because of copyright?
And if not what can I do?

Eduard.

It isn't a copyright thing. It's just that BASS doesn't recognise/support DTS data. I'm not sure if there is currently an add-on for DTS support available (I don't think there is).

If you happen to have an amp that supports DTS data then playing the WAV file bit-perfectly (eg. via ASIO or exclusive-mode WASAPI) will allow the amp to receive and decode the DTS data.

Clearly.
I think these WAV files are just wrongly ripped from CD. I pass it on to re-rip it to the correct format.

Thank you  :)
