Hello.
I recently stumbled upon a weird issue with BASSMIDI.

Since the last preset update I did to my B-211 soundfont, BASSMIDI stopped loading it and fails with a BASS_ERROR_FILEFORM error.
It seems to only happen when the preset starts getting bigger than 600-700kB.

Here's the affected preset: https://kaleidonkep99.altervista.org/archive/b211new.sfz

I know it's not an issue with the preset itself, because it loads fine in Sforzando and Polyphone.

BASSMIDI does currently have a 1MB size limit for SFZ files. Here's an update that doubles the limit to 2MB:

Thank you for the update, even though I got around it by using #include! ;D ;D
That'll probably help developers who don't know how to use that feature.

Yup, it is indeed possible to get around the size limit by using #include.
