I have installed xmplay 385 in Windows 10 home.
When i try to load some new plugins copied to xmplay folder, the plugins dont show in the DSP and general plugins list. Only appears Winamp DSP wrapper. Thanks for any help.  :(

Hi saga,
This two. Taskbar Progress 0.3 and Web (and Android) Remote Control.
It works on another machine with Windows 10 PRO. I dont know if have any difference.

If it works on one PC but not the other it could mean that the Visual Studio runtime libraries are missing.
The taskbar progress plugin requires MSVCR120.DLL, part of the Visual Studio 2013 runtime: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/update-for-visual-c-2013-and-visual-c-redistributable-package-5b2ac5ab-4139-8acc-08e2-9578ec9b2cf1
The remote control plugin requires VCRUNTIME140.DLL, part of the Visual Studio 2015 runtime: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

The solution for this problem is: Even having a 64 bits Windows, must install visual studio 2015 x86 package.

Winamp plugins are all 32-bits, so that's why it requires the x86 versions, good to know you solved it :) .

saga

Not just Winamp plugins - XMPlay itself is 32-bit, hence all of its plugins and their dependencies must be 32-bit too.

cgadioli

Yes. Just in case i installed 32 and 64. Problem solved.

I have this issue with the new coveart plugin, butI have those packages installed, both 32 and 64 bits.
Something else?

By design, the coverart plugin does not show in the list.
