Is there an option that will allow XMplay to restart the last stream playing on program start?

Save track position upon closing or right clicking the close button should do that for you although I'm not sure if I've tried it with streams before.

Yep, closing via right-clicking the close button and choosing "Close with position saved" will automatically continue playback of anything including streams.

Nice, thanks. I'm currently using Music Bee Portable. It's fantastic, really, but always loved Winamp and XMPlay and this is like that in so many ways, even better. I'm spending some time figuring it out. I wish there was a way to scale the options text and boxes, though. I'm on a 3K 32" monitor, and is text is really small.

Below is a shot of my Music Bee Custom. I still like the full skin like design of XM/Winamp, though. Although having the graphics part only in the top. like MB does, does have its advantages, like scalable windows text and etc., since it is just using a Windows container. Like I said, though, just love the WinAmp skin style so much.:
