As per the title...

Yes, I know there are UWP versions for the ARM platform, but they have dependencies on UWP stuff.

Are there any plans for "pure" ARM32/ARM64 that would work with Windows App SDK / WinUI 3 ?

There are no immediate plans to include ARM/ARM64 support in the Windows BASS releases, but it could happen in future if ARM Windows devices become more common. In the meantime, there are actually ARM64 builds of BASS and some add-ons available here:

Now that the new devices are also being sold with the ARM Snapdragon X Elite, this feature is increasingly becoming a must-have for me and my customers. Hence the question: Is this on the agenda and when can we expect regular releases for Windows ARM?

ARM demands all Snapdragon X Elite computers be destroyed for license violation

The ARM64 Windows builds will still be kept a separate download for now, but they will start being updated at the same time as the main Windows releases.

All of the add-ons are now included in the ARM64 Windows package, and a link to that has been placed on the BASS page.
