C# libraries for raspberry pi

Hello. I'm developing an application in Avalonia C# that needs to play an mp3 file when a button is pressed. I have an error: Unable to load shared library 'bass' or one of its dependencies. Please tell me what libraries I need to download? I'm trying bass24-linux, Bass24.Net and bassenc_mp324-linux.

You need to use the core version of Bass.Net.
And probably the ARM version of bass.
