I'm find as this do , but this not logicaly , will be more correct , if you do option disable plugin Instead of that as this do now ) I mean what open  options -> decoders and we can disable decoder or set forced use )

It sounds like you already found how to do it, but just in case (or if anyone else has the same question), the solution is to assign the wanted filetypes to the wanted plugin in its "Priority filetypes" setting in the "Decoders" options page. To make it simpler to do that for all filetypes, here's an update that adds support for wildcards there, eg. * would match all filetypes.

What be if I select * on two or three plugins ? Why does not give make as this released in WinAMP or WACUP ?

Those plugins would be tried in the order they are listed in the "Decoders" options page. Note the "priority" setting just means that a plugin will get to check a file first, and if it doesn't support the file then other plugins will also get a try (in the listed order).

Thank you , but I did not understand anything , what be if I set * on 10 decoders , suppose we have decoders :
a.dll
b.dll
c.dll
d.dll
e.dll
f.dll
and all this decoders read same files , but difference of quality , decoder a read S3M with maximum quality , but with poor qualitry read mod , decoder b read mod with high quality , but poor reading 669 , decoder c read all this files with very bad quality... as will be make choice of decoders ?

I think , what wil better if you add invert iption , I mean what if set priority * , then add except option for exceptions of formats , as example :
a.dll priority filetypes * exceptions 667
b.dll priority filetypes * exceptions 669
c.dll priority filetypes * exceptions amf
d.dll priority filetypes * exceptions ams
e.dll priority filetypes * exceptions mod
f.dll priority filetypes * exceptions s3m

In this scenario, I think it would be best to not use the * wildcard and instead list the filetypes that you want each plugin to handle.
