Possible issue with AAC file on Linux

Sample file provided by user ~ https://files.plexapp.com/elan/test.m4a, ffmpeg reports:

Stream #0:0[0x1](eng): Audio: aac (LC) (mp4a / 0x6134706D), 44100 Hz, stereo, fltp, 129 kb/s (default)

Getting BASS_ERROR_FILEFORM when opening.

That file should be playable with the BASS_AAC add-on. If it isn't, please check that you have the latest BASS_AAC version successfully loaded via BASS_PluginLoad.

Hmm, we should be using that, unless there's a newer release?
