Playlist dynamic scroll/add songs to a current playlist position

Hello. Is it possible to make faster playlist scrolling when you move tracks up/down? I have 4300+ tracks in it and moving new tracks is very frustrating, cause scrolling is slow, no dynamic scroll speed & new tracks always add at the end of playlist.
Even better if there would be an option to add new tracks near current selected track.

In recent builds, you can scroll the playlist more quickly while dragging tracks by dragging them over the scrollbar. You can get the latest build here:
