help needed concerning soundsmith/MegaTracker (MTP)

Hi.
Trying to play apple //GS musics with xmplay (xmp-libxmp)
but does not know how it can "find" the samples
This format uses SONG + INSTRUMENTS (samples)
or
SONG + PACKED INSTRUMENTS (.D)
Anyone ?
