Upd6 : reworked scrypt for transcoding , now the question is asked as do transcode , if select quick ,next will be list of encoders with fixed preset 48000 / 16 and if encoder not support 48000 so will encode as 44100 / 16 stereo , if select detailed - as will previous logic

UPD15: was fixed work with CUE images also was added mode half , as now this work ?
1) if user select Quick mode - all forced will compressed with maximum quality , but only 48 / 16
2) if user select Half mode - in this user can select bitrate , but all other work as in Quick mode
3) if user select Detailed mode - in this mode user can set frequency , bitdepth , modes mono or stereo
