why can't i open these .vgm files in xmplay?

I try any of these vgm files in xmplay and they aren't playable... I have both xmp-vgmstream and in_vgm...
In newest version of xmplay where do I see winamp plugins? I can't find it in these new interfaces. I remember in older version of xmplay I could double click a plugin in a list and configure stuff for that specific plugin and stuff like that. Now all I see is versions which shows plugins, but it doesn't list the winamp plugins.

I solved it by installing XMP-GME https://support.xmplay.com/files_view.php?file_id=641
No idea, but it seems in_vgm doesn't work in xmplay any more...

I figured out to get in_vgm to work in xmplay:
