I all understandig , I understand what available MIDI plugin from WinAMP version 3.07 , but this plugin hard linked with sampling if we want have fast forward or fast backward and if we having only one audio device , this causes the sound to repeat , please , make analog without this need , for this plugin must read MIDI , KAR , RMI , CMF , XMI and other MIDI formats and simply transfer MIDI stream to selected MIDI device MCI or DirectMusic ) , you have this plugin , but this as is synthesizer with SoundFont support , but me need only plugin for transfer MIDI stream

Why is it inconvenient in_midi.dll ?
Because in this plugin for work corectly need set Send to Winamp's output system , and this create inconvenience

I'm not totally ruling it out in future, but there are currently no plans for MIDI device output in the XMPlay MIDI plugin.

When using the Winamp MIDI plugin, you can avoid repeating sound by setting the sampling to use a silent recording device, eg. "line-in". If you don't have a silent recording device then you can mute XMPlay so that the sampling isn't heard. Depending on what MIDI output you're using, you may need to use the DirectSound (or WASAPI) output plugin to avoid muting the MIDI output too.

and if not do this scheme , sound will output and get excited , that's why I  asking youd for fix XMPlay for me this player for all
sound is excited if use set first device from list on end file , this device if on english - default device

Now abailable three solution this problem . from very right to very wrong
1) you write MIDI ouptup plugin based your XMP-midi.dll but only output MIDI stream
2) you add in XMPlay WinAMP subsystems device Muted , I mean what XMPlay will report all WinAMP plugins what available system devices , and available virtual device whitch not ouptut sound
3) you do hacking in_midi.dll , with find and modify logic in_midi.dll 3.07 , but this very wrong method

Do to the fact that I here can not recive solution this problem , was do sent in_midi.dll to russian hacker , I hope what this person will can hack and modify logic MIDI trackt in this plugin , if this will done  I will support this variant and do include this variant in https://www.un4seen.com/forum/?topic=20922.msg146722#msg146722 with hacked and modifed in_midi.dll

I'm was trying find solution here , but this as I see not possible . and hacking with modification logic work the only possible method
Only I can not understand , why on official forum this problem not want solved per year
