https://www.mediafire.com/file/m7eaehk5o9clg89/Toad_Bone_-_Crooked_Lights_and_Lucky_Lies.m4a/file
that's why me need use heavy xmp-ffmpeg , I not want use this plugin for read only one format , please , make light plugin which will be read this format )

Ian @ un4seen

That is an MPEG-DASH file. They are supported as standard by XMPlay (without any plugins) using Media Foundation on Windows 8 and above. For users of older Windows, the XMP-AAC plugin unfortunately doesn't support them.

I believe YouTube also supports WebM and Opus formats, in which case, you could use them instead.

Yes , but will better if XMP-AAC will support MPEG-DASH style , because now for reading this files , need have big plugin XMP-FFMPEG , and this  contradicts my style ) I strive make disributive so small as only possible )
My target , minimum size distributive but with maximum wide compatibility with legacy OS ) and this without loss functional )

I'm very greedy in situation when I understand what can make distributive size smaller )
