As per the request of Ral (because he has a cooler head than I do), let me explain my stance on this whole mess a little better.

I think you guys should help, absolutely I do, but please dont waste your own time and energy on problems that can easily be solved by checking out the support site. Send common queries to the support site and please kindly urge the use of the forum's search function.

When a problem is new, undocumented or especially obscure, that's when it's time to be more personal. Please do not pander to laziness on the boards, else every noob we get will be asking how to pause and load files instead of using the support site that has had so much work put into it.
