Hi.

I have a ST Audio DSP24 Mk2 soundcard which provides a total of 10 channels. BASS_GetInfo returns the correct number of speakers (10).

But anyway, how can I play sound on channels 9/10? The BASS_SPEAKER_* constants only provide support for the first four pairs of speakers.

Any hint is appreciated.

You can't currently assign channels to a 5th pair of speakers. There is room for a few more SPEAKER flags though... I'll send you an update to try.

I'm investigating this plugin to see if it's possible to use up to 16 channels output. Is there any chance of making this possible?

I am thinking of using 2 m-audio sound cards with 8 outputs each.

Two cards with 8 channels each should't be a problem. In the current version, BASS.DLL can address 8 speakers per card.

My original question dealed with cards that have more than 8 outputs on one SINGLE card. Ian provided me an updated DLL in the meantime. I'm just trying to get it working (first tests with my DSP24 failed, but that might also be due to a driver problem).
