Should Bass 1.8 have his own CDChannel to Stream translator ?
Yes, it exists a plugin of Winamp But it will Be good to have it directly in Bass...
Where is the proBlem, mayBy copyright...

It's unlikely to ever be built in BASS.DLL (for bloatage reasons ). But with the new "plugin" system of BASS 1.8, I have been considering creating a CD streaming add-on, along the lines of BASSWMA.

If you're interested, here's some example code for reading CD audio sectors directly:
//www.vuplayer.com/files/cddarip.zip

It only works on Windows NT/2000/XP, but is fairly simple, and includes minimal bloatage

He hasnt made public the "plugin" system, for now its for his ease in creating add-ons for bass. And he said he is "considering" creating a CD streaming add-on, he hasnt made it yet..

Dont forget that cd audio is the most used (and most legal) way to listen to music.
Please dont forget the musicians and the dj's. :-/
