For the very few (4-5) but very devout Miniskin users (you know who you are), I'm holding off v3 of my research into the unobtrusive, tiny and uncluttered interface (I don't want to use such hackneyed and stigmatized words like 'hardcore', 'streamlined' and 'minimalistic' because they're silly and meaningless) until I can make something close to what I envision less of a new skin, more of a new UI. Looking forward to seeing some news on this front.

There are a few skins you might like. On the support site is SilverXP (based on the Silver XP theme), a large version of the 2.x skin, and some other large skins like Graphite and X-RD2506 (think that's spelt right). |

The only one of those I have installed is Vintage, though. When skins were a new thing I was for some reason fond of round designs like the Spherical or Oone. The skins I've actually used for a longer period are the Flatline, the Miniskins, the Bonjour BS2000's, the Shades and the Silks. |
