Hello.

I am planning to make a program using vb6 that detects if the headphone/speaker is being removed or inserted at the pc. does anyone know to do this? or is it possible to make one?

You're looking for something like jack sensing? Google gave me this thread. I don't think it's implemented in a lot of cards yet, though.
