In next BASS_FX version will be included a multi-channel support almost in all DSP effects.
I thought that there might be some users that will need a per channel control with effects, i.e: set an effect only on some of the channels of a played file.
For example, lets say that we have an AC3 5.1 (6 channels) file, so we'll set effects like that:
BASS_FX_DSPFX_PHASER will be set only on CHAN1 + CHAN5
BASS_FX_DSPFX_ECHO will be set only on CHAN2 + CHAN3
and so on...
Of course you can set effects on all channels and all effects on the same file as today.If
