output problem...

i had created a progie that creates automaticly a playlist an plays it with bass v1.7. But the strange thing is that one time in my place the sound that came from the speakers was distored, sounded like radio noise (parasites). I restarted the pc and things went just right. Is a logical explanation for this?

Check if there are other devices near your speakers... like a cellular phone, a radio, a microwave oven or something else. This problem can also occur if your soundcard is placed near another pc card like an internal modem or something.

no its not that... it wasnt a buzz sound, more like a hissing one
